1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and BoltLogic, Inc. (“BoltLogic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using getboltlogic.com and its related pages (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Website information and BoltLogic services

The Site provides general information about BoltLogic and allows visitors to request information or a demonstration. Site content is provided for informational purposes and does not create a customer, partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary, or other relationship.

Use of the BoltLogic software platform, implementation services, support, or other paid offerings is governed by the applicable order form, subscription agreement, statement of work, or other written agreement—not these website Terms. Descriptions of products, features, roadmaps, availability, or performance on the Site may change and do not constitute a binding commitment unless included in a separate signed agreement.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Site only for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not:

  • violate any applicable law or the rights of another person or organization;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or data;
  • introduce malware, interfere with operation of the Site, or circumvent security controls;
  • misrepresent your identity or submit false, misleading, or unlawful information;
  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Site except as permitted by law;
  • use automated means to access or extract Site content in a manner that creates unreasonable load, except for customary search-engine indexing or with our written permission; or
  • use the Site to develop or train a competing product or service without our written permission.

We may suspend or block access to protect the Site, our systems, or other users.

4. Ownership and intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, designs, graphics, software, product interfaces, logos, trademarks, and other materials, are owned by BoltLogic or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Site under these Terms, no license or ownership right is granted to you.

BoltLogic, the BoltLogic logo, and related names and marks are trademarks of BoltLogic, Inc. You may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without our written permission.

5. Communications and feedback

If you submit a demo request or contact us, you authorize us to respond using the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about BoltLogic, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site may rely on or link to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOLTLOGIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that Site content will always be complete, current, or accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOLTLOGIC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BOLTLOGIC AND THE OTHER PARTIES LISTED ABOVE FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of these provisions may not apply to you.

9. General terms

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BoltLogic and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which BoltLogic, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not otherwise governed by a separate written agreement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding use of the Site and supersede prior communications about that use.
